Ericsson is expanding and seeking to employ technology-driven and innovative candidates for its Ericsson Graduate Program in Nigeria that will commence in May 2023. The program focuses on technology leadership and seeks to attract the most hardworking, innovative and creative technology minds. To this end, the company is searching for Engineering Graduates who completed their studies between 2020 and 2021 in specific fields, including Computer Science, Software, Computer Engineering, IT or Information Systems, Networks Engineering, and Communications degrees with a focus on Telecommunications. Eligible candidates must not have more than one year of work experience and should have completed their NYSC program.
Engineering Graduates Trainee Program
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with team members to design and develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to customers to ensure efficient and effective use of products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide input on product development and innovation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
