Role: Account Payable Officer

Location: Victoria Island

Budget – 200k gross

Job Responsibilities

• Payment Verification.
• Payroll bulk payment.
• Banking Entries and Statutory Payments.
• Custody of Cheque books and records.
• Handling of Online payment and Online card custody- Reviewing/tracking of payments.
• Payment voucher filling and reconciliation
• Monthly report on physical foreign currency payment and reconciliation (US$/credit card)
• Other functions from Management as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSC/HND in Accounting, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the payment processing function
• Knowledge of Tally is an added advantage
• Problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Great team player
