Assistant Production Manager

Job Responsibility
- Plan and Implement production of Carbonated and Milk Product
- Prepare report, analyze data and make recommendation for variances
- Ensure production practices conform with GMP, HACCP an other requirements of food safety standard
- Manage production costs
- Ensure production process alway leads to optimum yield
- Reduce material wate to the barest minimum
- Comply with HSE standards within the plant
- Familiarity with production equipment and machine
- Carryout physical quality checks on the line
- Oversee repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Qualification/Knowledge/Experience
- HND/BSc degree in Electrical/Mechnical Engineering/Food Technology or related discipline
- 5+years experience in Food Manufacturing Company
- Experience in Carbonated and Milk production will be added advantage
- Extensive palnt level experience with significant proven man management experience
- Understanding of Advance Product Quality Planning, Lean Manufacturing
Key Skill and Experience Required
- Excellent managerial and leadship skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret result
- Excellent organisational, prioritization and follow up skills
- Effecive interpersonal and written communication skills
