Assistant Production Manager

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and Implement production of Carbonated and Milk Product
  • Prepare report, analyze data and make recommendation for variances
  • Ensure production practices conform with GMP, HACCP an other requirements of food safety standard
  • Manage production costs
  • Ensure production process alway leads to optimum yield
  • Reduce material wate to the barest minimum
  • Comply with HSE standards within the plant
  • Familiarity with production equipment and machine
  • Carryout physical quality checks on the line
  • Oversee repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Qualification/Knowledge/Experience

  • HND/BSc degree in Electrical/Mechnical Engineering/Food Technology or related discipline
  • 5+years experience in Food Manufacturing Company
  • Experience in Carbonated and Milk production will be added advantage
  • Extensive palnt level experience with significant proven man management experience
  • Understanding of Advance Product Quality Planning, Lean Manufacturing

Key Skill and Experience Required

  • Excellent managerial and leadship skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret result
  • Excellent organisational, prioritization and follow up skills
  • Effecive interpersonal and written communication skills
