Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited started with its first production of cookies in the year 2010, desiring to cater to its immediate community. This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000, got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home-kitchen.

Digital Marketing Executive
Job Description
- Develop engaging and creative content for social media accounts and website
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the company’s presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Set and implement social media and digital communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
- Acquire insight on online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Job Specification
- Minimum of a B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years digital marketing experience.
- Photoshop or Corel draw proficiency is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Creative, self-motivated and passion for the work.
- Possesses good customer service skills.
- Market knowledge and meeting marketing goals.
- Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
