Telesales / Collections Executive
Qualifications
- Post NYSC
- Minimum of 2 years in required role.
- Recognized professional qualifications is a plus.
- Effective communication skills (Written and Oral)
- Excellent communication and phone skills, persuasiveness, patience, persistence, and keyboarding skills
- Exemplary client service skills with ability to maintain and extend client relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- ‘Can do’ attitude – high level of commitment and ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative to achieve targets.
